As invitations are traditionally sent out 12 weeks before the date of the wedding, it is quite usual to order invitations as soon as you have finalised your wedding arrangements and then submit a second order for any other stationery (menus/placecards/favours etc) at a later date.

Special instructions:  

A 50% deposit is required to secure all orders. A charge of £10 for P&P for deliveries throughout the UK is payable on all orders (except for save the date cards only where P&P = £5). Deliveries outside the UK will be charged at cost according to weight.

Payment method   If you have selected "Debit or Credit card" as your method of payment, a Paypal invoice will be sent to your email address - this will guide you through the payment process.

If you have selected "Cheque" as your method of payment, please make payable to "Willows" and enclose it with the order form.

A full invoice will be sent to you with your proofs.
Please enclose a copy of your guest list with your order. Ideally, this should be typewritten and include the guests' names (as they are to appear on the invitations) and guests' names and addresses (as they are to appear on the envelope). Please also send any alternative wording for invitations, orders of service and menus (if applicable).
Once we have received your order, you will be sent a set of proofs before your full order is processed. We regret that we are unable to consider cancellation/refunds once proofs have been signed off. After signing off on proofs, your order will be ready for despatch within 28 days. Please advise if you have a tight deadline and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
